It’s with great pleasure to announce the joining of Tshwarelo Sikwane to the Association Team in the role of Association Community Manager, effective 1 August 2023.
Tshwarelo joined the Foundation in 2021 as the Mentorship and Coaching officer. She came into the programme and impressed with her strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Tshwarelo leaves the programme after developing an ecosystem portfolio for the role as well as taking the lead in the creation phase coaching programme demonstrating her dynamic ability. Many who worked with Tshwarelo at Jamboree have seen her excellent organisational skills and work ethic.
She is a hard worker with more than 6 years in the Youth Development space across entrepreneurship, career and alumni interventions which have adequately prepared her to continue her journey in the Foundation. With all her experience and academic qualifications, Tshwarelo will be a valuable addition to the Association Team subject to a transfer fee being agreed to with her team’s manager.
