As we approach the close of another year, it’s hard to believe how quickly time has flown. This year has been one of growth, connection, and progress for our community of Fellows, and I’m proud to see how you all have engaged and inspired one another along the way.
One of the year’s highlights has been our community’s engagement levels, which continue to surpass industry standards. This is a testament to your commitment to our shared values and goals and to the strength of our community. Your participation – whether in engaging on our online platform, workshops, dialogue sessions, Expand Your Horizon or Connect events – proves the unique value of our diverse community, where each Fellow’s input adds depth to the collective experience. Through collaboration, shared learning, and an openness to differing perspectives, you’re shaping a community that’s not only equipped to grow but is empowered to address some of the country’s most pressing challenges. Through this engagement and collaborative spirit, we can leverage entrepreneurship as a powerful tool for change.
This year we also held our Imbizo and welcomed new Fellow Executives who have enthusiastically taken up the reins to carry our mission forward. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the outgoing Fellow Executives whose dedication and efforts have been invaluable over the past few years. Their leadership and hard work underscore the importance of this structure in ensuring that our community’s needs are met and that we continue to uphold Dr. Allan Gray’s vision.
As we wrap up the year, let’s celebrate each other’s achievements and show appreciation to our members who managed to get recognised through various platforms. We encourage you to share your feedback through our various channels we have. Your insights and suggestions are crucial as we shape next year’s initiatives and strategies to better serve and empower you.
